eZsign is a Canadian electronic signature platform. Data is stored in Canada on
all plans. There are two plan families:

1. **Individual plans** — 1 user, billed annually.
2. **Business plans** — 2 or more users, billed monthly, one flat price that
   covers 2 to 10 users (2 users and 10 users pay the same price).

There are no per-envelope or per-signature overage fees on any plan.

## Individual plans (1 user, billed annually)

### Business pricing above 10 users

Each user above 10 adds a per-user monthly rate. The rate decreases as the
team grows. Marginal per-user rates (CAD/month):

## Limits and overage

- Document sends: unlimited on all plans except Individual Basic
  (10 documents/month). There is no per-document overage billing — an
  Individual Basic user who needs more than 10 documents/month should upgrade
  to Standard ($275 CAD/year, unlimited).
- Signatures: unlimited on all business plans.
- Templates: unlimited reusable templates on all business plans.
- Users: business base price covers up to 10 users; per-user rates above
  (see table). Over 100 users: custom pricing.

## Billing

- Currency: Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes are extra.
- Individual plans: billed annually (single annual billing).
- Business plans: billed monthly.
- Business plans support multiple billing entities (Pro and Enterprise),
  useful for multi-entity organizations.
- Free trial: 30-day trial of the Standard plan, no credit card required.

## FAQ

**Are eZsign signatures legally valid?**
Yes. eZsign provides secure, legally binding electronic signatures with
real-time signature certification, advanced authentication (MFA/2FA), and —
on Pro plans and above — legally binding timestamps issued by a TSA
(Time Stamping Authority).

**Where is my data stored?**
In Canada, on all plans.

**Is there a limit on documents or signatures?**
Business plans and Individual Standard/Pro include unlimited document sends
and signatures. Only Individual Basic has a limit (10 documents/month).
eZsign never charges per envelope.

**What if my team is between 2 and 10 users?**
All business plans cost the same flat price for 2 to 10 users — a 2-person
team and a 10-person team pay identical amounts.

**Which plan includes API access and integrations?**
Enterprise ($223 CAD/month base). It includes API access, connectors
(Power Automate, Salesforce, and more), bulk sending, and SSO.
