What happens after I register with eZsign?
Once you’ve submitted your information, you’ll immediately receive an email with instructions on how to start your setup and activate your free trial. A welcome email will follow with instructions on how to upgrade to a paid account when you’re ready.
Do I need a credit card to register?
No, a credit card is not required to register for the free trial. You can explore eZsign and start using it immediately without entering any payment details.
What type of account is included in the free trial?
The free trial gives you access to the standard individual eZsign plan for 10 days. You can explore all the features included in this plan during the trial period.
When does the free trial end?
Your free trial will end after 10 days.
How do I switch to a paid plan?
Once your trial is complete, you’ll receive an email with simple instructions on how to add your payment information and continue using eZsign with a paid plan.
Can I cancel my free trial?
You can’t cancel your free trial, but you won’t be charged unless you choose a paid plan. Your free trial will simply end.
What happens to my documents if I don't switch to a paying plan after the trial?
If you do not convert your account to a paying one after the end of your trial period, your documents will be kept for 60 days. After that, they will be permanently deleted.
