SignNow starts cheaper — and that’s the honest part. Their Business Premium plan is US$180 a year. But at their own overage rate, a team sending 50 documents a month pays about US$1,080 a year, roughly CA$1,512 — more than eZsign’s flat CA$1,476, with the meter still running. Send less than that, and SignNow may well cost you less.

Note that the rate climbs with the plan: the more you pay SignNow, the more each extra invite costs. Their terms also state that you are responsible for tracking your usage, and that they are not obligated to notify you before excess usage fees apply. eZsign has no allowance to track and no overage rate to look up.
