The discount also applies to:
- Additional user fees
Terms of the program:
- The discount is valid for as long as the organization maintains its nonprofit status and complies with program requirements.
- eZsign reserves the right to request updated proof of status at any time.
- The discount cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise specified.
Products and Services Not Eligible
The 50% discount does not apply to:
- Per-send fees for Entreprise accounts
- API Sendings (shared links, API integrations and bulk sendings)

3. Apply For a Discount
Choose eZsign – An Assurance Level 4 Provider, the highest standards in e-signatures!
4. Verification
Our team will review your documents and confirm your eligibility.
5. Enjoy Your Savings
Once approved, the 50% discount will be applied to your account.
To be eligible for the eZsign nonprofit discount, your organization must:
- Be a nonprofit organization with a charitable or community-driven mission that primarily benefits the public.
- Hold official registration as a nonprofit in your country, province, or territory, and be recognized by the applicable government authority.
- Have a mission that focuses on at least one of the following:
- Providing relief to the poor or disadvantaged
- Advancing education or professional training
- Preserving or restoring the environment
- Promoting human rights, social justice, or equality
- Advancing arts, culture, or community development
- Use eZsign solely for organizational purposes directly tied to your mission, not for personal or commercial activities.
The following entity types and organizations are not eligible for the nonprofit discount:
- For-profit social enterprises or businesses (e.g., Public Benefit Corporations)
- Government organizations or agencies
- Healthcare organizations and facilities (e.g., hospitals, long-term care centres, specialized clinics, or insurance providers
- Educational institutions (e.g., preschools, primary and secondary schools, higher education, universities, vocational schools, alumni groups)
- Political organizations, advocacy groups, or lobbying organizations
- Professional sports organizations
- Financial services providers
- Business development or trade promotion organizations
- Fraternities or sororities
- Employee or membership benefit organizations
- Organizations without a clear charitable mission or without recognized nonprofit status
